This website showcases the work of freelance Graphic Designer Richard Ponsford – otherwise known as Libro Design. Since gaining a degree in Graphic Design & Illustration in the mid-90s, I've worked for a number of publishers, but spent my longest period working for OUP in their ELT division. In 2008 I went freelance, and in 2015 formed Libro Design Ltd.

Libro is a hands-on, forward-thinking creative design company that offers design, typesetting and project management services to anyone with ambitions to publish material of any kind. Whether you’re a world-renowned publisher, or a first-time author going it alone, Libro can turn your ideas into reality.

Clients include Oxford University Press, Pearson, Helbling Languages, the Church of England, the University of East Anglia, poet and children’s author A. F. Harrold, and social media legend Derek Philpott.

But books aren’t all we do. We can turn our hand to practically anything with pages. Whether it’s a new brochure or catalogue for your business, a programme for an event you’re hosting, or your annual report or staff handbook needs cheering up, we can help out. Perhaps you’re a manufacturer who needs a manual to accompany a product, or your organisation needs a regular magazine or newsletter? We can do all that, too. (Not listed above? Try us!)

I will always endeavour to handle your project personally, but during busy periods I enlist specialist help from a select group of supremely talented freelance designers, all of whom I have worked with extensively in the past. You can rest assured that your project will be in expert hands whilst in our care.

If you think Libro might be able to help you, why not give us a call on 01869 321661, or send us an email.
